RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Xhibit serves as the sale facilitator between the vendor (supplier/creator of products) and the customer (you). Arrangements and allowance for returns, refunds or exchanges of products may vary between vendors. Should you wish to exchange, return or request a refund for any product delivered to you, please contact the product vendor directly or, should you not have this information, contact email@example.com to make the necessary arrangements.
Should you wish to return, exchange or refund any product that is not faulty (damaged, non-working or evidently different to the item purchased, to the discretion of Xhibit and its vendors), additional shipping fees may apply and no shipping fees are refundable.
Products that are defective upon arrival (either by incorrect manufacture or damage during shipping, to the discretion of Xhibit and its vendors) will be replaced within 10 days of date of notice at no extra cost to the customer.
Please be patient with returns as the time for your return to be collected, delivered and processed may vary.
